What is Nissan Rogue?
Located in one of the most popular automotive segments today is the Nissan Rogue. The Rogue is an attractive compact SUV redesigned for the 2021 model year with many features that make it even more desirable. In a sea of noteworthy midsize crossovers, the third-generation Rogue is an attractive choice if you want a family-friendly SUV with fun qualities.

Engine, Transmission, and Performance

Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG
With a turbocharged three-cylinder engine onboard, the Rogue is rated for up to 30 mpg city and 37 mpg highway. How’s the interior? Getting into the Rogue is an easy blessing to the light door and large opening. The cabin is roomy, making the Rogue seem like a bigger vehicle than it is. Tall and vast windows provide a wide view of the outside and add to the sense of space. The thick rear roof pillar slightly blocks your rearview, but some driver aids are in place to help remove the blind spot. The interior layout is pleasant and cleanly designed overall, but taller drivers can push the limits of adjustability in driving position, and it has less rear legroom than some competitors.

How comfortable is the Rogue? The Rogue is a comfortable SUV in many ways. The seats are soft and feel like they blend into your body, which is great for long trips. The only major drawback of the front seats is the slightly forward placement of the headrests which may be uncomfortable for some taller drivers. The Rogue also has three-zone climate control, which is a rare feature among small SUVs. Compared to its top competitors, the Rogue’s ride feels busier and less smooth on less-smooth roads. We felt are a lot of the rough edges of the road’s imperfections, and the Rogue had more side-to-side movement over uneven pavement than we expected.

Not many compact SUVs have more cargo space than the Rogue. The standard Rogue has 31.6 cubic feet of space behind the second row, while the model with an adjustable cargo floor has 36.5 cubic feet. Fold the rear seats down, and there’s 74.1 cubic feet of space. Electric liftgate and hands-free liftgate are optional.
